- 10+2 or its equivalent with Maths
as a distinct subject; (OR)
- 10+2 or its equivalent without Maths
as a distinct subject (The student of this category will
have to do MTE-3 and CIC in 1st semester of BCA

- Bachelor degree in Computer Science/
Application/Information Sciences/ Information technology
from a recognized/deemed university (OR)
- Non- computer Science, B.Tech/ M.Sc./
other graduates (such applicants are required to pursue
CIC concurrently with MCA 1st semester) (OR)
- Graduate with PGDCA from a recognized/deemed
university or its equivalent course of not less than one
year from a State Board of Technical Education or its equivalent
body established by the Central / State Government.

| Note : |
- The students who haven't studied
Maths at 10+2 level are required to do CS-60 in the first
semester of MCA.
- The students enrolling for the MCA
Programme who have completed the DEOACC O-level programme
are not required to enroll for CIC.

| The Student
Handbook and Prospectus can be obtained from IGNOU Regional
Centre, 457/A, Ashok Nagar, Ranchi-834002 in person on payment
of Rs.50/- in cash or through post by sending an IPO or Demand
Draft of Rs.100/- drawn in favour of IGNOU payable at Ranchi.
It is also available at all the Study Centres under Ranchi Region. |
